Terms of Service
Last updated: 20 September 2026
These terms govern your use of PLJ POS, a point-of-sale service operated by PLJ ONE. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
The service
PLJ POS provides point-of-sale, order, inventory, reporting and related tools for food-and-beverage and small retail businesses. We work to keep the service available and correct, and we improve it over time.
Your account
- You are responsible for your account, your staff's access, and the accuracy of the data you enter.
- You must keep your login credentials and staff PINs confidential.
- You are responsible for using the service in line with the laws that apply to your business, including tax and record-keeping obligations to your own customers and authorities.
Subscriptions and billing
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle, in Malaysian Ringgit, through our payment processor.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each cycle unless cancelled beforehand.
- You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you keep access until then. See our Refunds & cancellation policy.
- We may change plan prices with reasonable notice; a price change never applies to a period you have already paid for.
Your data
Your business and transaction data belong to you. We process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your data, and completed financial records are never silently altered.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service — for example, by attempting to breach its security, access another merchant's data, or use it for unlawful activity.
Availability and liability
- The service is provided on a commercially reasonable-effort basis. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
- To the extent permitted by law, PLJ ONE is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
- You are responsible for keeping your own operational records and for verifying figures that matter to your business.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment or serious breach of these terms. You may stop using the service and close your account at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
